   And in this case, you get a lot. After researching many types and brands of skimmers, I chose the remora. It is nicely constructed out of lexan or similar material, involved no real assembly so just attach the pump, drop it in, and let it go. Within a few days it was already skimming nicely and adjusts easily to change the type of skimmate you want. It is very quiet, the cup is easy to clean and can’t overflow. Makes taking care of a saltwater tank seem easy… at least in the skimming dept.
